U.S. AND GLOBAL WOMEN BUSINESS OWNERS TO COME TOGETHER IN WASHINGTON D.C. TO CELEBRATE THE "POWER OF ONE"
Women’s Business Conference 2010 Attracts Hundreds With Powerful Speakers and Opportunities
Washington D.C.—Thirty-five years ago in Washington D.C. a dozen like-minded businesswomen gathered to share information, create an atmosphere of professional community and further strengthen their entrepreneurial interests. To mark this significant anniversary of the group that grew into the strong and unified voice representing the interests of more than 10 million women-owned businesses across the country today, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is returning to Washington D.C. for the Women's Business Conference, June 9-11, 2010—this year presented in partnership with the Association of Women Business Centers (AWBC).
The 2010 conference theme is "The Power of One"—celebrating NAWBO's heritage and the many firsts women business owners have achieved to lay the groundwork for opportunities that exist today.
