She is owner of HR Anew, a highly competent and certified human resource consulting firm, and has expertise in recruitment and retention strategies, training facilitation, curriculum design, compensation and benefits administration, career counseling, employee surveys and exit interview studies, and more. Ms. Stallings currently serves on several boards including the NAWBO National Board of Directors, is certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR), and is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
