Catherine M. Lee is founder and President of CDL & Associates, a consulting firm which specializes in communications, international negotiations, multi-national team building, and leadership development. Her book, The New Rules of International Negotiation:  Building Relationships, Earning Trust, and Creating Influence Around the World [Career Press] can now be found in all the major bookstores.

Catherine has consulted with major corporations, including BP [Amoco] and Motorola. Her facilitation experience began in the political caucus arena and currently includes workshops in Negotiations, Executive Leadership, Team Building, and Partnering. She has worked for the Federal Government in South America, and has developed and delivered language and cultural training for International Harvester (NAVISTAR) and General Motors. For the past eighteen years, Catherine has worked extensively in Asia, from the industrial zone of Tian Jin, China, to the financial center in Hong Kong. She has done training in Europe and in the emerging markets of Latin America.
