They provide executive coaching, corporate mentoring, and career transitioning plus other organizational resilience initiatives.
Barbara is recognized as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation. She has earned a master's degree in counseling and a bachelor's degree in education. Barbara has previously worked in academic, corporate human resource development, and outplacement consulting executive leadership roles. Barbara is also a published author and columnist.
Barbara is the Immediate Past President of NAWBO San Antonio. The chapter received the National NAWBO/Guardian Life Insurance Company of America Diversity Award.
