Judy graduated from Wayne State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interior Design and a concentration in psychology. She continued her post-graduate in Business Administration work while employed in the office supply and equipment field. In 1994, she founded her own interior design business, with a specialty in commercial and contract environments and furnishings. This year Judy celebrates the conclusion of a five-year plan of growth and acquisition that includes specialty training of the workforce in the correct use of ergonomic furnishings and the addition of staff and associates. Currently, she is studying for certification in the American Society of Interior Designers. Judy will receive the 2006 Women of Wayne (Alumni Association) Headliner Award for her significant achievements in the community from her Alma Mater April 28, 2007. She was president of NAWBO Greater Detroit Chapter in 2006-2007 and has been an active NAWBO member since 1995, serving in numerous chapter leadership roles.
