Best Practice: Leadership Team - Monday Morning Conference Call

Goal: To keep everyone current on Chapter information and executive decisions, NAWBO Greater Detroit has a Monday morning hour long conference call.
Implementation: Every Monday morning there is an hour-long conference call with the Chapter’s President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President and Executive Director. The agenda is based on opportunities and questions that arose during the prior week.
Results: The chapter has found that having the weekly meetings keeps them all current on what is happening. The advanages include no delays in information exchange, time savings. no back-and-forth emailing, and it is done in real time. They have also found that it keeps them from having useless email conversations.
