Sandra (Sandy) Cody, President of Resources for Excellence, Inc. has over 30 years management and human resource experience.  Ms. Cody holds a Masters Degree in Management with a focus in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development and postgraduate work in Total Quality Management.

Ms. Cody is an award winning faculty member at Webster University. She also received the 2005 and 2007 New Mexico HR Award of Excellence from the Society of Human Resources Management of New Mexico.

Ms. Cody is frequently asked to present at seminars and workshops for professional associations such as the Albuquerque Quality Network, New Mexico Healthcare Association and the NNM-National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and training seminars such as Lorman Educational Services.

Ms. Cody enjoys community work and is active in the Northern NM Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, where she is Chair of the NAWBO President’s Assembly Steering Committee; she is a founding member of the Foundation for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Albuquerque NM the 501c (3) affiliate of NNM-NAWBO.

If running one business was not enough, when her industry experienced an economic downturn she went back to her healthcare roots and opened Adult Care Resources, LLC - a management and training company dedicated to improving services to the elderly of NM.  Sandy and her Adult Care staff have been recognized by the Department of Health, NM as premier trainers and have asked them to participate in the re-write of state regulations and training criteria.
