2. Organization and process are key
a. How to make it easy/better – generation/revision of a scope of program and process for making it happen
i. Scope of Program – a clear breakdown of what needs to be done
ii. Process – a guide to each step of the program and what is involved
iii. Agreement on who will be the Preceptor – person responsible for working with the key manager to make sure scope and process are clear and recordedb. Recruitment
i. Everyone who joins Liberty should be asked to choose a volunteer area and what they want to do
ii. Key managers and Preceptors should immediately step in and involve volunteers in planning/training meetings
iii. Tasks and timing should be determined and a schedule of meetings should be set
iv. Minutes of each meeting should be sent out to all – those present and those not attending
