Thursday, October 22, 2020 (All day)

Announcing our third installment of our Entrepreneur Enrichment Series - exclusive for premier members!

The Greatness of Diversity!

“We’re all human beings and we should be treated the same, not based on the color of your skinor your gender.” - Vikita Poindexter, President, NAWBO-CA

You’re invited to a SAFE SPACE to discuss, question and learn about THE GREATNESS OF DIVERSITY. Join Vikita Poindexter, Schenae Rourk, Francis Cholle and Chris Hauri for an open discussion about diversity, inclusion and equity, why it matters and what as business owners we can do to help bring about equality.

Session 1 - October 22, 2:00-2:45 p.m. PCT on ZOOM. Our panelists set the tone for an open and honest discussion with stories from their worlds about diversity today. We’ll learn how to check our biases (we all have them) and to appreciate our commonalities and unique differences.

Session 2 - Audio. Francis Cholle takes us back to nature as our original roots, and invites us to reframe our thinking and work in ways that are non-hierarchical and inter-connected. These insights are based on science and presented in SQUIRCLE, a FREE e-book you’ll receive on

Session 3 - November 5, 2:00-2:45 p.m. PCT on ZOOM. Your turn to share experiences, insights and questions in a safe open environment. Vikita, Schenae and Francis will join in with their expertise in the hopes of each of us having a deeper, more clear respect for diversity. Special emphasis will be on how to bring inclusivity to your company.

Session 4 - November 12, 2:00-2:45 p.m. PCT on ZOOM. Play the Serious Game. In SQUIRCLE, a chapter is spent on this powerful exercise that demonstrates the synchronicity of a team. Without regard to race, gender, position of authority or communication, the Game connects us all in a unique experience. We’ll debrief after.

There’s never been a more important time to understand and appreciate the diverse communities in which we live and work. We truly hope you’ll join us for these safe, eye-opening sessions.

“When we can talk about our differences, it’s a good thing.” - Schenae Rourk, Affinity Director, NAWBO-CA
