This two-hour session, presented by SMB Value Partners, Inc.'s President, Deb Dietz, will provide practical information on how businesses can obtain data from internal and external sources, ultimately converting that data into useful information for effective decision making.  Data is collected and analyzed in order to answer business questions, test hypotheses, monitor processes, and address areas of enterprise risk while simultaneously capitalizing on opportunities for growth.

Topics will also include practical tools on how to build a bridge from data insights into your strategic business plans, as well as how to identify where investment dollars should be allocated to maximize business ROI.  You'll learn the 9 steps of the Business Intelligence Process, and how to gain actionable insights that ultimately drive positive change within your business.
