Nicole Loftus
Founder & CEO – Skin in the Game, Inc.
Founder - Zorch International, Inc.

Nicole Loftus is a serial entrepreneur with a lot of scars from her run-ins with “vulture capitalists”. Nicole is on a mission to build a better model for funding innovative businesses.

To that end, Nicole created Skin in the Game, an investment platform that turns every American TV viewer into an engaged investor, fueling innovations, creating jobs and changing the game for good.

Prior to launching Skin in the Game, Nicole was the founder and CEO of Zorch. Like Skin in the Game, the idea for Zorch came from Nicole's first-hand experience and a desire to make an industry better.

In the case of Zorch, the market that needed improvement was the advertising merchandise industry. Zorch quickly disrupted the $20 billion space with Nicole's innovative technology platform. Nicole built the model, evangelized the supply chain, inspired a team and designed the technology, all while securing and maintaining exclusive multimillion-dollar, multi-year contracts with clients like American Airlines, AT&T, Citigroup and State Farm.

In 2013 Loftus stepped down as CEO of Zorch to launch Skin in the Game. Zorch continues to grow and is poised to fulfill Nicole's vision of being the industry leader.

Under Nicole's leadership, Zorch was recognized by Inc. Magazine (Inc. 500) as the 8th fastest growing company in the U.S. and the #1 woman-led company in the country. Zorch was ranked #1 on Crain's Fast Fifty and Loftus was named one of Crain's 40 Under 40.

Loftus is a member of several local and national organizations. Inspired and challenged by Mayor Richard M. Daley, Nicole created several programs with Chicago Public Schools to assist high school students in finding their entrepreneurial spirit. Visit Zorch on any given day and you’ll see Nicole’s belief in the community at work, literally. Giving students from city schools a chance to gain real-world experience, Nicole shows her dedication by hiring Chicago’s youth as paid interns.

Nicole is an author, speaker and guest faculty member at multiple institutions including Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Nicole has served on numerous boards including The American Red Cross and The Chicago Workforce Investment Council (CWIC). Nicole has mentored entrepreneurs through The Clinton Foundation and NFTE, The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. And as

Nicole likes to say, “It’s just the beginning.”
