37th NAWBO Chicago Annual Conference

Inspires Women Business Owners to Excel

Premier Event Now a Full-Day Online Leadership Convention

Recognizing Chicago’s Women in Business

The NAWBO Chicago Celebration of Achievement is “Reimagining Possibilities” as it transforms into a full-day virtual conference on September 10, 2020 to honor and empower local women business owners.

Now in its 37th year, the annual luncheon has morphed into an online forum that focuses on advancing entrepreneurs, allowing viewers to attend educational breakout workshops and virtual exhibit halls at home. Topics will provide essential information for business owners to excel post-pandemic, including sessions about technology, diversity and inclusion, strategies for developing new revenue streams, marketing advice, access to capital, and much more.

This full day of learning and inspiration will feature dynamic keynote speaker, Betsy Owens, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Betsy led the rebranding that drove the 66-year-old organization’s renaming (from Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) and their move into the new 1.2 million-square-foot research hospital. In reimagining the possibilities of healthcare, the AbilityLab has ranked No. 1 as the best hospital in the country for an unprecedented 29 years in a row.

The public is invited to attend the online conference but tickets are selling quickly, so don’t delay. Visit www.nawbochicago.org for more information.
