Carey Conley, is a speaker, mentor, and author of “Vision is Victory” who specializes in creating a clear, concise vision for her clients' businesses and lives. She is driven to help everyone know their purpose so they can thrive in this challenging world.  

As an entrepreneur for over 25 years, she has built two thriving businesses; one in the network marketing industry with Arbonne in which she reached the top rank in 2007, and her own speaking and coaching business she co-created in 2012. In both business models and in all of her speaking at events, on podcasts, and online shows she has guided thousands of people to finally take their vision out of their heads and onto paper to bring it to life!

Carey’s business experiences and her own adversity in her own personal life after losing both her husband and son to suicide is now fueling her mission to not only help people see their vision, but to truly come to know their purpose and to create the legacy they wish to carry out.

Carey is originally from Denver, Colorado but now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and has a daughter and son-in-law living in Oklahoma. At the moment she and her daughter are co-writing a book entitled, “Keep Looking Up” to share their story and give people hope and encouragement to move gracefully through their own life adversities.
