Join us for roundtable discussions based on business challenges we all face as women business owners.   Each session will last 45 minutes and attendees can switch categories or stay at the same table to continue the conversation. 

10:00-11:00am      Leading from Within:  The Power of Empathetic Management - featuring Sophie Wade Grand Central, 3rd Floor

The enterprise environment is evolving, and in order to succeed within it, leadership styles are changing, too. In this session, learn why and how to develop more empathetic leadership and management styles, key reasons and steps for articulating and communicating your mission and culture effectively throughout your business ecosystem and how to build stronger, reciprocal relationships to motivate and manage increasingly diverse and distributed workers, partners and vendors.

In this session you will learn:

  • Why and how to develop more empathetic leadership and management styles, empowering and engaging your internal and external workforce;
  • Key reasons and steps for articulating and communicating your mission and culture effectively throughout your business ecosystem;
  • How to build stronger, reciprocal relationships to motivate and manage increasingly diverse and distributed workers, partners, and vendors.

12:00-2:00pm   Lunch and General Session - YOU Have Been Given an Invitation to Reshape the World - featuring MaryAnn Thompson-Frenk Grand Central, 3rd Floor

Explore how women’s rise to power in multiple areas worldwide presents women with the opportunity to not just do business as it                                       has always been done, but rather to redefine the values, goals and means by which business is conducted and thereby, help reshape the world’s direction both in the local and international areas.

2:00-4:00pm    Leadership Best Practices Roundtables - Madision 1st Floor

TWO rounds of discussions (each round is 1 hour) and will include the following topics:

Closing Global Gala Harbor Cruise

5:00-5:45pm    Transportation from Hotel to Pier 81 for Closing Gala - New York Harbor Cruise

5:30-6:30pm    Cocktail Reception  *Formal/Cocktail Attire

6:30-9:00pm    Gala Dinner, Awards, Dancing, and Dessert

9:15pm             Disembark from Cruise

9:30-10:00pm  Transportation back to Hotel

Includes cocktail hour, elevated dinner, open bar, dancing, and stunning views of the NYC skyline and Statue of Liberty at sunset
