Katie co-founded her agency, Kerredyn Collaborative, to amplify social enterprise and nonprofit causes. Kerredyn designs, markets, funds, and implements projects with the capacity for big social impact. She also founded and owns KAF Catalyst, a virtual grant-writing shop that provides high-quality, affordable grant writing services for nonprofits.

A CPA and Internal Auditor, Gwendolyn broadened her skill sets by pursuing roles in Customer Service, Information Technology, Change Management, People Development and Training Her HR skills focus on a concentration in Diversity, Inclusion and Sensitivity Training. She is a skilled facilitator and created the Diversity At Work Series.
