She served as a Press Secretary in the U.S. Senate, Communications Director in the U.S. House of Representatives and Congressional and Public Relations Manager for the Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy. Prior to her career in D.C., Elle spent time working as a news anchor and reporter for an ABC affiliate in Alabama.
Katie Vlietstra Wonnenberg
Katie has 14 years of government relations and public affairs experience. Since 2012, she has used her vast network and public policy experience to build an advocacy strategy rooted in building collaborative, dynamic coalitions and partnerships to advance the National Association for the Self-Employed’s legislative priorities. Katie also has state and national campaign experience, having consulted on several congressional and presidential campaigns.
