An estimated 43.5 million adults in the U.S. provided unpaid care to an adult or child in 2015. Family caregivers are the backbone of long term care services in the U.S., and as the population ages, this need will only continue to grow. AARP has developed a suite of resources and tools to help support employers as they navigate the challenges presented by the growing number of working caregivers.
