Rhonda has 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting in sales. She was promoted into finance and became corporate finance director of a seven-franchise dealership. She attained different people skills, certificates and licenses and attended many sales, financial and customer-oriented classes. She created new departments and helped in the development of innovative ideas for customer experiences in the car-buying process.
Rhonda owned and partnered with her husband in a club basketball team for over 20 years. Through the art of basketball, children learn life, love and business skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. Once they reach high school, the team travels throughout the country showcasing its athletes to college coaches for college scholarships. The placement into colleges has been 85 percent or higher over the last 20 years. Rhonda’s life goal is to establish The Peoples Sports and Leadership Academies all over the world to help women and children through basketball and mentoring.
Rhonda is the owner of International Leadership Mentoring, working and assisting women with their relationship with sales. She focuses on increasing the percentage of women making 6-7 figures in the workplace through training them to trust themselves and be their true authentic selves in both personal and business transactions.
She says her biggest success is her marriage to Darrell Peoples, including a blended family of four children, three dogs and a horse. She serves on the board of directors of The Haven, a residential recovery environment that supports treatment for women and encourages family involvement. She has a passion for life and her purpose is to serve, enlighten and empower people to see the greatness they have within themselves.
