I'm a 52 year old fanatic of fitness and clean healthy food with the occasional slice of chocolate cake!! I don't believe in deprivation or overeating but help my clients strike the balance they have been wanting.
My passion for what I do started over thirty years ago when I was introduced to weight lifting at a local power lifting gym, then moved onto weights and aerobics at a local fitness club and then I fell in love with CrossFit workouts. I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer and I love getting people to move and find strength they don't even know they have.
I am also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned more than 100 dietary theories so I can help guide you through the maze of all the crazy diets and marketing hype to find the best plan for you! These certifications, combined with over 6 years of personal training experience have allowed me to help so many people with their fitness and wellness goals. I love what I do and I have seen clients shed lots and lots of pounds, have their blood pressure, cholesterol or type 2 diabetes meds reduced and just feel 100% better over all!
