Krista M. Martinez

Krista is the CEO and owner of Krista M. Consulting, an Albuquerque, New Mexico-based business specializing in comprehensive operations, project management, group facilitation, nonprofit management and systems change work. The company, founded in 2017, has experienced more than 140% growth in the last five years.

Krista is passionate about issues affecting education, youth and economic development within communities and understands that all pieces tie together for communities to thrive. She is a founding member of the Del Norte High School AlumKnights®, which provides scholarships to graduating seniors, and has served in multiple volunteer leadership roles, including on the boards for the Albuquerque Mayor’s Office of Volunteer Engagement and the Coral Community Charter School. Krista is also a member of the Hispanic Women’s Council, and has been active with NAWBO since 2016. She has served on the NAWBO New Mexico board as programs chair, president elect, president and immediate past president.
