Sherrie Barr Mack

Sherrie is a public affairs strategist, corporate and political communications practitioner and financial literacy and consumer protection advocate. A third-generation business owner, Sherrie is co-founder and managing member of The MackBarr Group LLC, a public affairs firm located in Buffalo, New York. The MackBarr Group provides guidance in addressing social and financial issues impacting organizations and the community at large, organizational strategy and speech preparation.

Sherrie began her public affairs career as public affairs manager for her mother’s industrial and safety supplies company, Upward Mobility Enterprises. The CEO retired and closed the company, but Sherrie continued doing public affairs work as a publicist and advocate. Sherrie is a past president of NAWBO Buffalo Niagara, Advocacy committee chair and founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. She is also a member of the National Advocacy committee. Sherrie currently serves as Chair of the Presidents Assembly Steering Committee.
