    Did you know that companies with women on their boards perform better than those with all-male boards? People generally are surprised to learn how few corporate board seats are held by women – the national average is 16%.

    Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire was recently named CEO of 2020 Women on Boards, a national nonprofit whose mission is to achieve at least 20% women directors on all boards by the year 2020. On July 12, she’ll talk about the value of gender diversity on corporate boards and board positions as strategic to career and leadership development and civic engagement.
