DESCRIPTION: 

The Lean/5-S training reduces waste, improves processes, and allows a company to produce more efficiently. This training includes a combination of classroom work and department or floor work. Individuals will learn the definition's benefits, theory, and tools for implementing Lean/5-S principles as part of a Lean strategy while making positive, visible changes to the work environment.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Catherine Francis is a mother, author, speaker, trainer, Business consultant, and Professional Development coach. She has traveled internationally for over 25 years and has committed her life to helping others through her nonprofit, Love L.O.C.A.L.S.

Her company, CMF Global Enterprises provides corporate lines of credit, access to state funding, grants as well as Coaching, Consulting, and various workshops focusing on implementing profi table business solutions and strategies.

Ms. Francis works with clients on expanding and competing in the international world marketplace through successful e-commerce, Amazon, and various business models. Ms. Francis has conducted trainings for many Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as Coca-Cola, Wal-Mart, Payless, and BNSF Railroad.

 

PARKING OPTIONS:

Paid parking is available below the Chamber Building. The garage entrance is on 4th Street and the price is $2 for every 15 minutes with a maximum daily charge of $6. Metered parking is also available surrounding the Chamber.
