As women business owners, we spend most of our time focused on the needs of our business, our employees and our families. Our thoughts and concentrations are often dedicated to left-brain activities like planning for growth, managing our company's financial position, developing human capital and sustaining profitability. These are all well and good - necessary even - for the creation and accumulation of wealth.
But sometimes, we just need a break. Now that it's almost summer, we look forward to a breather from the whirlwind of the spring season. It's a time to reflect, relax, nurture relationships and just have a good time.
With that in mind, I'm so excited about our annual meeting on June 15th from 5:30 to 8:00pm at the Midpointe Event Center. Our programs committee has put together a super-fun, interactive and jam-packed event for our chapter annual meeting -- "DARE TO BE SEEN EXPO." After just a little bit of business (tops 15 minutes -- it is an annual meeting, after all), we have fun and business-boosting activities planned to help us put our best game face on!
Learn the latest strategies to enhance your website, exhibit booth impact, your personal image and pizzazz. We will also have special tastings of adult beverages and might even learn a line dance or two.
