Rebecca Contreras
Small Business Owner and Champion
Rebecca is president and CEO of AvantGarde (AG), LLC, an award-winning human capital, operations and strategy firm she co-founded in 2011. Rebecca has grown AG into a thriving private and public sector consulting practice with over 120 team members across nine states. Additionally, Rebecca has had an impressive career in government. She spent 12 years serving under then-Texas Governor George W. Bush and then as a commissioned officer on his White House personnel team when he was president. Her success and leadership have been recognized through several awards and accolades, including the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Texas District Award for Small Business Champion of the Year. Rebecca is also the author of LostGirl: From the Hood to the White House to Millionaire Entrepreneur.
Dr. Martha Beck
New York Times Bestselling Author
Martha is a New York Times bestselling author who has spent her career helping thousands of people create their best lives. She holds a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D., all from Harvard University.
