New Mexico is ranked as one of the top ten most racially/ethnically diverse states in the U.S. Approximately 48% are Hispanic or Latino in origin, 37% are White/Non Latino, 10% are Native American, 2.5% are Black or African American and 1.7% are Asian, with other races making up the rest of the population.These groups have deep, rich histories and cultural traditions in New Mexico, which impact preferred styles for building relationship and doing business.

How can we best understand and honor this diversity, to build strong relationships with grace and respect, to succeed optimally in our businesses?

Please join us for our February lunch meeting. We will have a panel of guest speakers:

Diane Villegas, owner of Big Picture Marketing, a marketing consulting agency;

Stephine Poston, President & CEO of Poston & Associates, a communications & marketing firm in Albuquerque. Stephine was named Native American Business Owner of the year in 2017 by the Nat'l Center for American Indian Enterprise Development; and

Malini Hoover, CEO of Advanced Optical Technologies in Albuquerque.

This diverse panel of NM women business leaders will offer insights into this topic and offer tips for you to enhance your effectiveness in 2019.
