MALEE OJUAMalee Lucas, Founder & Owner of Sacred Fire Creative, helps women business owners leave their legacy and connect with their tribe through her full service design and digital marketing agency.

Malee earned her degree in Web Design and Development--as well as Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her corporate experience involved Top Secret government clearance to create future generations of satellite systems. Malee has also joined the faculty of Portland Community College's Web Design & Development Department as an adjunct professor for WordPress & Search Engine Optimization.

Her design and marketing clients take comfort in knowing that they have a rocket scientist on their team—ready to solve their most pressing design and marketing problems. Malee works with women leaders, spiritual entrepreneurs, and creative business owners who are ready to make a greater positive impact on their community and the world.

Robin SchuckmannRobin Schuckmann is the Executive Director for BNI Oregon & SW Washington, a role she has held since 2002. BNI is an international member organization that provides a positive and supportive environment to foster the exchange of qualified business referrals to member businesses. She manages a seasoned team of 22 Directors and 22 Ambassadors working with 40 chapters and over 1,000 members. Additionally, Robin developed the BNI Executive Director Training where she leads the Global Training Development Team in training BNI franchisees worldwide.

As a global traveler she has traveled to, lived, worked or studied in 35 countries and has completed five marathons. Robin is adventurous by nature and has climbed the Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon in Mexico; dangled her feet over the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland; been known to go geo- caching while wearing a formal dress, in the middle of the night, under a bridge in Australia; and been bitten by a cheetah in South Africa, not to worry, it was just a love bite. Her dream is to walk a half marathon along the Great Wall of China.

When she isn’t traveling for work, Robin enjoys reading, wine tasting, skiing, racquet ball, and yoga. She is active in volunteering for her daughter Madeleine’s Girl Scout troop and her son Connor’s ice hockey team. She lives with her husband and children on 9 acres of forest-land outside of Portland, Oregon with views of Mt. St. Helens.

Robin is passionate about helping small businesses thrive using good old-fashioned referral marketing. Her key to success is the belief that everything happens for a reason and that there is always a positive solution to every challenge!

Diana Hoff

Diana HoffWhen it comes to understanding how profitable businesses - especially women-owned businesses - are built and sustained, Diana Hoff has a wealth of knowledge and resources. With her extensive background in accounting & finance, the high tech world, community involvement and business networking, she has all the ingredients for a recipe of success. She founded her own business in the Internet sector over fifteen years ago, when it was still mostly a “good old boys” game and turned it into a profitable operation. At GBS Dezign, she did more than just run the business and handle all the sales & marketing activities. Diana also specialized in website design and development, content management, graphic design, social media marketing and even hosting services.

Prior to GBS, Diana held a management position with Renaissance Bankcard Services, which got her career in the financial sector jump-started. Not only did she get a solid foundation in financial analytics and regulatory compliance in her nine years there, but Diana also picked up valuable project management and human resource skills.

While Diana has become a very astute business woman over the years, she realizes that life is more than just making money, it’s also about doing one’s part for the community. As Executive Director of The Renaissance Foundation and Scholarship Support Services, Diana has helped mentor many young people from disadvantaged families get the education they need to succeed in life. In addition to her contributions in the education arena, Diana recently founded the Oregon chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
