About our speaker:
Dr. Terry Neese has devoted her career to assisting and mentoring others in their search for life/work
sustainability. Founder of Terry Neese Personnel, Dr. Neese spent over thirty years finding careers for
men and women. Terry Neese Personnel is a multi-million dollar staffing firm located in Oklahoma and
Dr. Neese’s daughter, Kim Neese, now leads the firm as President.

Also committed to serving others outside her business, Neese has served many non-profits including:

Public Policy; Distinguished Fellow, National Center for Policy Analysis, US/Afghan Women’s Council and
the National Women’s Business Council. She has traveled to all fifty states and dozens of countries.
Compelled to educate and advocate for women worldwide, Neese founded the Institute for Economic
Empowerment of Women in 2006. In 2007, after time and conversations with women in Afghanistan,
Neese channeled her skills and her passion to develop the PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS® program to
empower more women around the world. The program has expanded to include Rwanda, Africa.
Almost 750 women have graduated, over 16,000 jobs have been created for their countrymen and
women, and 80% are still in business at the end of 12 years.

Politically Dr. Neese is the first woman to win the Republican nomination for Lt. Governor of Oklahoma.
