In this session we will look at what company culture really means and ways to hire diverse candidates who will thrive in your company.

About this Event

Every company has a unique culture – some are formal while others are fun, some are driven while others are like family.

When an employee has different expectations or a different approach from the company norms, it can feel like a square-peg in a round hole.

For this reason, many companies have long strived to hire for “culture fit.” Unfortunately, this can lead to managers hiring people, “just like me,” which reduces diversity and leads to overlooking valuable talent.

In this interactive 60-minute session we will look at what company culture really means and ways to hire diverse candidates who will thrive in your company.

Course objectives:

Identify the culture of your company
Learn how to bring in diversity that fits
Identify best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
