Sarah Olbekson is a solution-oriented talent acquisition manager and human resources professional with the ability to influence leadership by effectively communicating across the business. Skilled in Relationship Management, Interviewing, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Leadership, and Project Management. Experiences range from start-up to small business to large corporate settings.

 

Vivien Anderson has an MBA and been in recruitment for over 5 years. Formerly worked at an established agency called Robert Half as a Resource Manager. She worked in a particular division, which specializes in placing skilled senior to executive level finance, accounting, and business system professionals on a project or contract basis within the Oregon and Southern Washington market. After working for a couple of years, she switched to working as a Corporate Recruiter at Fisher Investments, predominately focusing on positions for client-facing investment professionals. In addition to recruiting at Fisher, she enjoys mentoring new team members and has her hand in various projects; such as refreshing training materials, rewriting job postings, exploring new sourcing platforms, and collaborating with Recruitment Marketing for content needs to attract target candidates.
