Blending Your Passion with Your Product

Think about the experience of sitting in a beautiful theatre, reading the program (which contains your ad), awaiting the raising of the curtain, the sound of the orchestral music, the collective sharing of the experience. This is mood marketing at its finest. The take home program for the performing and visual arts is the tool to reach the educated, affluent, civically and culturally engaged of the community. Why the arts.....well.... *The arts dramatically impact the economic landscape of a metropolitan area such as the Valley. Great cities have great arts, as has been pointed out by economists. *The arts dramatically impact the personal landscape of the attendees. Arts bring us tears, laughter, provocation of thought. We share those emotions with the person next to us; it is a live communal experience. *Studies have shown that all individuals benefit from exposure to the arts. From children to the elderly, listening to music, dancing, drawing.....arts matter and make a difference. Studies have shown the early exposure is optimal. Act One brings children and families from underserved schools and communities to the arts; we all deserve the arts!

Mac Perlich is the CEO of ON Media. She is a nurse by educational preparation, and evolved to return to her original passion when we bought the publishing company in 2005. For the past 14 years she has led the ON Media team to bring the best businesses and the best arts together in the theatre programs and museum guides. In 2011, she and her husband launched Act One, the 501C3 which believes all children deserve quality arts education. As of this month, over 200,000 children in Title One schools have attended an arts field trip, thanks to Act One.

Meeting will be held in the conference room on the 2nd floor. Currently no elevator access. Parking is in the back lot (do not park in covered parking).
