Cultivating Collaboration

Collaboration is ultimately the end result of relationship building and community building. It takes time to build and foster relationships that are long lasting and meaningful for your business, just as in your personal life.

Join the East Valley/Central Neighborhood NAWBO for our lunch and learn. Shatha Barbour, founder of Hera Hub Phoenix, will share how she fosters collaboration to create a culture and environment where everyone thrives and succeeds. As Helen Keller says: “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” Key points that you will walk away with:

  • Collaboration should always be a win-win
  • Find partners that align with your mission and vision for greater synergies
  • Get comfortable being uncomfortable to unlock even greater collaboration possibilities

About our presenter: Shatha Barbour has a diverse background with experience working for a hospital, a Fortune 500 company as well as starting and growing a non-profit organization in Phoenix, AZ. During her career in both the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, she worked in a variety of roles ranging from strategy, sales, operations, and compliance, until her and her family relocated to Phoenix in 2010. In early 2011, she shifted gears to start up a non-profit organization, leveraging all the skills she had gained to start and grow this new endeavor. These experiences have given her a chance to work and to see all aspects of growth and development, and have ultimately positioned her to pursue her passion: cultivating and empowering women to fulfill their goals and business ideas in a collaborative environment through Hera Hub!

$20 (Cash Only). Includes a delicious and healthy Mediterranean/American lunch at a convenient location near the 101/202 in North Tempe.
