Michell has had a health and wellness practice for 30+ years. She helps her clients to become more youthful and vital in their body and mind. Her techniques help people to realign their body, calm their nervous system and retrain their brain. She is a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and holds several certifications in Structural Body Balancing and Dynamic Life Movement Training. She is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Michell offers sessions in-person and virtually.
