Leveraging Diversity - Overcoming What Gets in the Way

The business case for diversity has never been clearer and thus leveraging diversity should be a part of every successful company’s talent decisions. However, organizations often struggle to address diversity beyond hiring. Once inside the company, employees are asked to do tasks or are placed in teams that fail to leverage their unique contributions, and thus individuals fail to deliver desired outcomes.

Join us this session with Stephanie Clergé, Director of Training & Consulting at Kolbe Corp, to learn how a perspective beyond typical aspects of diversity, coupled with practical tips for inclusion, can enhance your business results. As Senior Director of Training and Consulting, Stephanie Clergé is responsible for the innovative, high-quality training programs that Kolbe Corp provides for leaders, their teams and individuals.  She oversees all aspects of consulting and works with entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes, as well as with Kolbe CertifiedTM Consultants, to leverage the Kolbe WisdomTM to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in business and beyond.

Stephanie is an accomplished entrepreneur and manager, as well as a sought-after speaker in the field of talent development.  Prior to joining Kolbe Corp, she had her own coaching and consulting practice and held a variety of operational leadership roles during a nearly 15-year career at Intel Corporation.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management science from Stanford University and an MBA focused on corporate entrepreneurship from Babson College.  Additionally, she holds a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and a credential from the International Coach Federation.
