SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. –xxx – Lilach Major Power, the only majority owned cannabis dispensary owner in Arizona, will be addressing women business owners November 10th at their monthly lunch program. Power, a former sergeant in the Israeli military serves as CEO of the Giving Tree, a 15,000 square feet facility featuring cultivation and extraction which fuels both retail and wholesale sales.
According to National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) President Rosaria Cain, “Power is a great example of a woman trailblazer setting the pace for women in non-traditional industries and an inspiration of what’s possible with hard work and determination.”
Power, takes girl power a step further as her team includes several women who grow cannabis for the eight-year-old company.
“I am honored and excited to speak at the NAWBO luncheon” says Lilach Mazor Powell, CEO and Founder of The Giving Tree. “This event will combine my two personal missions - educating women on cannabis and inspiring women in business and leadership or women considering it. I am impressed by NAWBO’s openness to the cannabis business and I'm excited anyone can join this event! I hope we can reach new women to join us during this event. I can't wait to share this ride with you”.
The event is Wednesday, November 10 from 11:00- 1:00 pm at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, located at 6300 North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ 85253. Tickets can be purchased for both members and nonmembers online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/188495754877 for $49 and $59.
