NAWBO National Looks Forward to Expanding Support for Women Entrepreneurs with SBA
(Washington, D.C. February 14, 2017)—The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is congratulating Linda McMahon on her confirmation by the United States Senate to lead the Small Business Administration (SBA).

According to the Library of Congress’ Federal Research Division, two out of every three net new jobs in the U.S. are created by small business.
NAWBO was founded in 1975 as the first advocacy organization for all women business owners. Approximately 3/4s of NAWBO members are small business owners as classified by the SBA.
Linda McMahon is the co-founder and former CEO of the World Wrestling Entertainment. Additionally, she is co-founder and CEO of Women’s Leadership Live that fosters a network of women business leaders and offers practical advice and inspiration at their annual conference. She is also known for her speaking series, “Women Can Have It All.”
