Karen Malm

Karen is a licensed psychologist and the Executive Director/Owner of Summit Community Counseling (SCC). SCC is a full services mental health agency that offers individual, family, couples and group therapy across the lifespan with a host of mental health needs. We also offer psychological evaluations for a host of purposes including neuropsychological evaluations, assessing psychiatric disorders, learning disorders evaluations, providing documentation of disabilities, assessment for medical procedures, and disability and autism evaluations. SCC has 5 locations including our main office in Taylorsville and satellite offices in Heber, Orem, Park City and an equine therapy program in Layton. We offer Youth Mentoring services to at-risk youth with one on one mentoring to encourage at-risk children in school and career options. We offer medication management for psychiatric disorders. We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. We offer office and home visits with flexible scheduling.
