Zeynep Ilgaz is an immigrant from Turkey and has been living in San Diego for over 20 years. In 2008, she founded Confirm Biosciences, a national provider of diagnostic products for human and wellness testing, which, under her leadership, was placed on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list and the SDBJ Fastest Growing Companies list for having an annual growth rate of over 800% for 3 years running. Recently, Confirm Biosciences was acquired by CRL (Clinical Reference Laboratory).

Nichole MacDonald - Seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the San Diego business community

Nichole MacDonald has a passion for innovation, community-building, and impact which has led her to creating a multi-million dollar product-based company and an exciting technology startup. Nichole is also a leader in an international ontological coach and leadership training program, where her passion for personal and professional transformation is utilized. Nichole is a single mom of two, a 16-year old boy and a 10-year old girl. She is an artist and writer, and hopes to publish her first book in 2021. She has aspirations to take her leadership experience, business acumen, and community-building spirit into the world of public office in 2022.

Lindsay Wiley is know as the Chief Financial Advocate for small businesses that make less than $10 million in annual revenue. Her mission is to help small business owners like you, develop the know-how and awareness to understand exactly where your money is coming and going. At Wiley Financial Services, they’re focused on helping clients in the following areas: Business Appraisals, Audits, and Cash Flow Analysis.
