Joan Maze is a career strategist, personal coach and speaker. Her coaching and consulting business, Life In Seven, specializes in helping women currently working in higher education transition out of their careers in education and find fulfilling work in other fields.
Before starting her own business, Joan was a leader in higher education for 23 years working in various student affairs roles culminating in her last role as a dean of students. She now uses her expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and change management to help her clients build customized strategies to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Joan has a Bachelor's degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master's degree from Temple University. She also received her certification as personal and executive coach from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute.
