The successful high growth entrepreneur thoroughly understands financial statements, valuation, and the types of capital available to support her business growth. This Panel discussion aims to provide an overview and practical approach to capital sourcing. Debt and equity capital options will be explored in terms of access and strategic positioning within the firm’s capital structure. The entrepreneur who masters these subjects will be the entrepreneur who is best capable of growing her firm using debt and/or equity financing. Capital types explored will include senior debt, subordinate debt, asset-based loans, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and factoring.
