Emily Wirowek, The Law Office of Emily A. Wirowek | NAWBO

Emily Wirowek, The Law Office of Emily A. Wirowek

Emily became a member of NAWBO in 2012 after she left a male-dominated law firm to start her own practice.

The Law Office of Emily A. Wirowek takes a different approach to planning for their clients. Before making any recommendations, they take the time to understand the needs, concerns, values and goals of their clients. Their method is relationship-based and client-centered. Her practice focuses on delivering highly customized estate plans. Through counseling, they save taxes, reduce costs, protect families and provide highly personalized services.

Emily's passion is to help people plan for and successfully navigate both the inevitable and the unexpected events in life, to ensure that:

  • personal, family and business goals are realized,
  • risks and expenses are minimized, and
  • peace of mind is achieved.

As the immediate past president of the SFBA Chapter, Emily would like to encourage NAWBO members to meet each other. She has found that when she gets to know the women behind the businesses, they find ways to support each other. She also cautions not to forget the personal touch just because we live in a technological world - make time to pick up the phone, grab some coffee or meet for lunch. She is constantly inspired by the women she meets. The daily achievements, life-long goals, and business successes that she has had the pleasure to hear about encourage her to support the women she meets. It is her hope that each of you will meet one new woman business owner each month. Find a way to stay connected and support each other.

What's the best advice she ever received? "Remember you have two ears and one mouth. Use them in appropriate proportion."

Fun Facts:
