    Research shows that poor leadership is the biggest reason employees leave a company. Brilliant jerks incur significant costs to an organization including talent attrition, absence of potential successors and high turnover to name a few. A leader's toxicity needs to be addressed before it spreads throughout the organization like a virus. Specific actions in the organization and support transforming the brilliant jerks behavior will significantly reduce suffering in the workplace, improve the organization's climate and increase overall effectiveness.

    Women are an economic powerhouse. In the United States, female entrepreneurs and their businesses grow significantly in influence and revenue with each passing year. Yet history shows that women have faced greater obstacles compared to men in their quest to obtain credit. Inequities in today's financial landscape remain and are often perpetuated by financial institutions in their methods for determining creditworthiness.
